I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Mental Health Counselor who has earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from a CACREP accredited program at Adams State University in Alamosa, Colorado in 2007. I have been working in the counseling and therapy field as a Master Level clinician since 2007. I am licensed to practice in both Colorado and Utah. I hold a Certification in Ecotherapy via Wilderness Reflections in Marin County, California. Prior to entering graduate school, I worked for over 17 years in the human service field after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Human Services from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.

I grew up in SW Colorado and have lived most of my life here. I have a deep sense of appreciation and place within its spacious landscapes. I built my own eco-friendly, rammed earth home that utilizing both passive and active solar design. I love gardening, backpacking, hiking, rafting and yoga. I am most content and inspired when exploring natural places and environments.
