Payment & Fees

My rate for self pay services is $125 per hour session. I accept payment via credit/debit card, check and cash. Payment is due at time of service.


Insurance

I accept the following insurances: Medicare, Medicaid/Colorado, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, United Health Care, United Behavioral Health, Aetna, Optum, TriCare, TriWest, Elevate Health Plans/Peak Health Alliance, UMR (if administered via United Health Care network), Humana, Beacon Health Options, Behavioral Health Systems and Multiplan. We can also bill out of network insurance plans, in some cases, if your plan has out of network benefits. I work with some Employee Assistant Programs (EAP’s) depending on the circumstance: TRIAD, ESI and ESR. Any/all payments toward insurance deductibles and copayments that apply to your particular insurance are due at the time of service. Such payments are accepted via credit/debit card, check or cash.


Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session as scheduled, please make sure to contact me at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. If you do not notify me in this time frame or do not show up for your appointment as scheduled, you will be be responsible for paying a $50 no show fee. Thank you for your consideration. I only have a limited number of client slots available each week and each one is utilized. If you are unable to attend your session as scheduled, that spot is made available to other clients who need the services.
